I've signed up to raise vital funds to monitor and protect endangered rhino in the wild!
What do rhinos get up to when no one’s watching? I’m fundraising for Save the Rhino International to help conservation teams find out! My goal is to raise £680 to help fund a camera trap and all the essentials it needs to operate, including a battery pack and SD card.
Camera traps give conservation teams an extra pair of eyes in the wild, day and night. They help teams recognise individual rhinos, follow their movements and spot new calves, building a clearer picture of how populations are doing. They can also help detect potential threats, including poaching activity, so teams can respond.
The camera traps funded through this campaign will support conservation partners in Africa and Asia, wherever the need is greatest. Please support my fundraising and help put this vital equipment into action. Every donation brings me closer to my goal and helps to secure a future where all five rhino species thrive in the wild.
